By accessing or using growthshastra.com, our courses, community, or any service we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

GrowthShastra provides growth technology services including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, funnel building, landing pages, creative production, AI content systems, and automation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

To enable effective delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to assets.
• Approve campaigns, creatives, and funnels within agreed timelines.
• Maintain valid ad accounts, payment methods, and platform compliance.
• Respond to communication requests within reasonable timeframes.

Fees for services and courses are as quoted in your agreement or course enrollment page. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All payments are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

All content, frameworks, creatives, funnels, course materials, and branding created by GrowthShastra remain our intellectual property unless otherwise assigned in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their own business operations. Reselling or redistributing our materials is strictly prohibited.

While we build systems designed to generate predictable revenue, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, product quality, offer strength, and client execution. Past performance and case studies are illustrative, not promises of future results.

You agree not to:

• Misuse our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise our website security.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute our proprietary content.
• Use our brand or materials to misrepresent affiliation.

Either party may terminate services per the terms in the individual service agreement. GrowthShastra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or non-payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthShastra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
